One of my discoveries in life is that whenever I’m in a situation, no matter how terrifying or obviously bad it seems, there’s always a good part to it.
What I try to do, although excruciatingly difficult, is to think of these good aspects.
Because just thinking might not really help, I also say it out loud.
If I don’t do this, I will just continue to think of the worst that could happen to the worst that could happen and finally end up seeing them come into reality. (If you cannot find any good, which is very expected at a time as such, say any other good thing)
Don’t ever think of the worst that could happen
What you believe in works for you. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. These two go hand in hand, because what you think or imagine, you unconsciously speak out and what you speak, you unconsciously believe and what you believe, happens.
This is why the Bible says the tongue carries life and death.
Say good things always; desist from negative words.
